We are looking for specialists whose bathrooms pass a flood test without a drop reaching the neighbours below.
What you will do
- Liquid-applied tanking of bathrooms and shower areas
- Waterproofing balconies and open terraces
- Reinforcing corners, junctions and pipe penetrations with tape and collars
- Sealing floor drains and shower channels into the membrane
- Flood testing and photo records before tiling
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of waterproofing, photos of stages with tapes and collars
- Your own tools are required: mixer, brushes, trowels, rollers
- Knowing manufacturers' systems and layer order
- Working to the project: zones, upstand height, drains
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Two coats per system, no gaps, thickness to the manufacturer's spec
- Upstand at least 200 mm, in shower zones to the height in the project
- Tape in corners and collars at every pipe and drain
- Flood test of at least 24 hours with no leaks, photos before and after
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

Is a flood test mandatory?
Yes, without a flood test and photos the stage is not accepted and tiling does not start.
Who buys the waterproofing?
The company buys materials to the project and delivers them before the stage starts.
What if a leak shows up later?
Rework is at the installer's own expense. That is why experience and care matter more to us than speed.
