We need plasterers who make walls truly flat and corners square, not "roughly straight".
What you will do
- Plastering walls to beads with gypsum and cement plasters
- Squaring corners to 90° for kitchens, wardrobes and tiling
- Window and door reveals with corner beads
- Preparing substrates: primer, mesh over joints between different materials
- Cement-based plaster under tiles in wet areas
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience and photos of finished apartments
- Your own tools are required: straightedges, levels, laser, mixer
- Working to the marks and levels set in the project
- A tidy site: mortar cleaned up, windows and pipes protected
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Flatness within 2 mm under a 2 m straightedge
- Plumb within 1 mm per metre, corners for kitchens and wardrobes at 90°
- No cracks, delamination or hollow areas when tapped
- Beads removed where required, chases and fixings not plastered over
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

Do you use machine plastering?
It depends on the project. What matters to us is the result within tolerance, not the method.
How is plastering paid?
Piece-rate, by stages: a room or apartment is plastered, the inspector checks it with a straightedge and level, the stage is paid. Rates are discussed individually.
Who sets the levels?
Levels and finished floor height come from the project and the site manager. You set the beads to them, and supervision checks them before plastering starts.
