We are looking for managers who keep clients informed about every stage of their apartment, even when they live in another country.
What you will do
- Managing the client from contract to handover
- Controlling deadlines and budget with the site manager and estimator
- Regular client reports with photos of accepted stages
- Agreeing design changes and their cost
- Coordinating the designer, procurement and site
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years managing renovation or construction projects
- Working Russian and English, Georgian is a plus
- Understanding renovation stages and stage-by-stage acceptance
- Responsible, with clear written communication
How we review the result
- Handover dates compared with contract dates
- Budget variance against the estimate and the reason for each change
- Regular and complete client reports
- Client feedback after handover
