Tiler jobs in Batumi
Hiring is closed right now Leave your contact and experience — we will message you when new projects come up.
We are looking for tilers who follow the layout and get a bathroom accepted first time. We find the clients, you do the work.
What you will do
- Laying tiles and porcelain in bathrooms, kitchens and on floors to the designer's layout
- Large-format tiles 60×120 and up, 45° mitred edges
- Forming falls to floor drains and linear shower channels
- Grouting, including epoxy grout, and sealing junctions
- Tiling over WC frames, boxing-in and niches to drawings
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of tiling and photos of 3 – 5 of your bathrooms
- Your own tools are required: tile cutter, levelling system, levels, mixer
- Able to read a tile layout and set out from the lines given in the project
- Clean work: tidy joints, protected sanitaryware and adjacent surfaces
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Lippage between adjacent tiles no more than 1 mm
- Flatness within 2 mm under a 2 m straightedge, joints straight along their length
- No voids: every tile is tapped, a hollow sound means it is relaid
- Shower floor falls to the drain and water clears completely, checked with a flood test
- Layout, cuts and joint positions match the drawing
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.
If you are used to working by eye, we are not a fit. If you take pride in your work, get in touch.

Who buys the tiles and adhesive?
The company purchases all materials and delivers them to site before the stage starts. You do not need to go shopping.
When is a bathroom paid?
Once technical supervision accepts the stage: tiles laid, grouted, inspection passed — the stage is paid. No waiting for the whole project to finish.
What if the inspector finds lippage?
The defect is fixed at your own expense, then the stage is accepted and paid. That is why we look for tilers who get it flat first time.
