HVAC installer jobs in Batumi
We need installers who run pipework before finishing, evacuate the system properly and do not leave condensate for later.
What you will do
- Refrigerant and condensate pipe runs at first fix
- Installing split, ducted and multi-split systems
- Bathroom and kitchen extract ventilation, ductwork
- Mounting outdoor units in line with building rules
- Commissioning and performance checks
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience, photos of pipe runs and finished installs
- Your own tools are required: vacuum pump, gauge manifold, flaring tool, SDS drill
- Working to the project: unit positions, routes, grilles
- Working at height safely
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Nitrogen pressure test and evacuation with a hold and no pressure rise
- Condensate drain with a continuous fall, checked by pouring water
- Pipe runs insulated, fixed and photographed with dimensions before closing
- Commissioning: all modes work, no noise or vibration, units level
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

Do you buy the equipment?
Yes, the company buys air conditioners and materials to the project and delivers them for the stage.
How many stages are there?
Usually two: pipe runs at first fix and unit installation after finishing. Each is accepted and paid separately.
Is there ventilation work?
Yes, extract fans and ductwork are part of our projects. If you only do air conditioning, tell us on the call.
