How long does renovation take?

Can I renovate if I'm not in Batumi?

Full renovation and interior design
We take new-build apartments from white, black or green frame and renovate resale flats after demolition. Before work starts we prepare an interior design project: floor plan, 3D visualisation and working drawings. Renovation from white frame starts at 650 ₾ per m², and the exact price is fixed in an estimate within 2 days after measuring.
Tradesmen for a single job
Not every call-out is a renovation. We also send tradesmen for separate jobs:
- electrician: wiring, consumer units, lighting;
- plumber: water heaters, underfloor heating, gas boilers, leak detection;
- air conditioning: installation, cleaning, ventilation with heat recovery;
- stretch ceilings, including designs with built-in lighting;
- custom furniture: kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets;
- smart home on Aqara: locks, lighting, curtains.
An electrician or plumber call-out costs 50 ₾ and is free for orders from 150 ₾. A handyman from 60 ₾ an hour will assemble a chest of drawers, mount a TV or put up a curtain rail.
