We are looking for site managers whose projects run to schedule, whose trades know tomorrow's work and whose stages pass first time.
What you will do
- Running several sites from strip-out to handover
- Planning the schedule and sequence of trades
- Material requests to procurement with lead times in mind
- Checking work against the project and preparing stages for inspection
- Daily photo reports for each site
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years as a site manager or foreman on apartment renovations
- Knowing the methods and sequence of every renovation stage
- Able to read design projects and working drawings
- Well organised and demanding about quality
How we review the result
- Schedule adherence: stage dates compared with the plan
- Share of stages accepted by supervision first time
- Material requests raised in advance, no idle trades
- Regular photo reports and tidy sites
Terms
Pay and working arrangements are discussed individually. We are growing into a large construction company and need people who want to grow with us.

How many sites does a site manager run?
It depends on their size and stage. We will discuss it on the call based on your experience.
Who accepts the trades' work?
Technical supervision, against a checklist with photos. The site manager makes sure each stage is ready for inspection.
How is it paid?
Pay is discussed individually.
