What you will do

  • Assembling wardrobes, beds, tables and shelving
  • Hanging shelves, mirrors and TVs on backing
  • Placing furniture to the design project layout
  • Fixing tall furniture to the wall
  • Removing packaging and cleaning up afterwards

What we expect from you

  • At least 1 year of experience, photos of furniture you have assembled
  • Your own tools are required: drill driver, level, bit set, cable detector
  • Working to the layout plan and the backing photos
  • Care for finished surfaces and the client's belongings

How the site inspector accepts the work

  • Furniture placed to plan and level, doors and drawers adjusted
  • Tall units fixed to the wall, fixings only into backing
  • No damage to furniture, floors or walls, checked against before and after photos
  • Packaging removed and the apartment left clean

Payment by stages

Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.

We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

If you are used to working by eye, we are not a fit. If you take pride in your work, get in touch.

FAQ

How do I know where it is safe to drill?

We keep as-built photos of wiring and backing. Check them and use a detector before drilling.

How is assembly paid?

Piece-rate, once the stage is accepted. Rates are discussed individually.

What if a floor gets scratched?

Repairing damage is at the assembler's own expense. That is why we look for careful people.
