What a hallway set is made of

Solutions for a narrow corridor

When every centimetre of width counts, we reduce the depth. A shoe cabinet with tilt-out compartments holds shoes almost upright and takes up far less space than an ordinary cabinet. We make the wardrobe shallow, and if there is little room in front of it, we fit sliding doors. We mount the mirror directly on the door: no separate wall is needed for it, and the corridor looks wider. The way through stays clear for a suitcase on wheels.

How to hide the electrical panel

If the panel ends up in the hallway area, it can be covered with a door in the same style as the wardrobe. You still have access to the circuit breakers; the panel simply stops being noticeable. We check whether this is possible at the measurement visit.

Wet shoes and a rainy winter

From autumn to spring it often rains in Batumi, and wet shoes and jackets go straight into the wardrobe. That is why we make shoe cabinets with ventilation and use moisture-resistant boards for the hallway. A wet umbrella and shoes are better left on an open coat rack or a bench, where they will dry without a smell.
