    • No RCD on bathroom, kitchen or water heater
    • Breakers get warm or trip for no clear reason
    • Adding AC units, a hob or underfloor heating
    • Rewiring or renovating the flat
    • No idea which breaker does what

    What’s included

    • Breaker selection — rating matched to cable size and circuit load
    • RCDs and RCBOs — earth-leakage protection for wet areas and sockets
    • Separate circuits — lighting, sockets, kitchen, water heater and AC
    • Busbars and tidy wiring — no twisted joints or overloaded terminals
    • Labelling — every breaker marked
    • Diagram on the door — clear for you, tenants and any electrician
    • Testing — circuits checked under load and RCD trip tested

    How we work

    1. 1

      Survey

We look at the existing panel, incoming cable and the circuits in the flat.

    2. 2

      Layout and estimate

We decide how many circuits and what protection you need, and fix the price.

    3. 3

      Assembly

Enclosure, breakers, RCDs and busbars go in with the power off.

    4. 4

      Connection and testing

We connect circuits, check each one and test RCDs with the button and a tester.

    5. 5

      Handover

We show you what's what and leave the diagram on the door plus photos of the panel.

    FAQ

How much does a panel cost?

A panel up to 12 modules is from 250 ₾, a whole-flat panel of 24+ modules is 400 ₾. Replacing one breaker is 25 ₾, an RCD or RCBO is 40 ₾. We confirm the final price after a survey.

Why an RCD if I already have breakers?

A breaker protects the wiring from overload and short circuits. An RCD cuts the circuit when current leaks — say a damaged water heater cable or water in a socket. It protects people, and it's well worth having on bathroom and kitchen circuits.

Batumi has voltage swings — will a panel help?

Ordinary breakers don't protect against spikes. A voltage relay or surge protection device can be added to the panel — see our surge protection page.

Can I keep the old panel and just add an RCD?

Sometimes, if the enclosure and breakers are in good shape and there's room. We'll check on site and tell you honestly which option makes more sense.

Do you replace the meter or incoming cable?

The meter and grid connection are the power company's job. We handle everything after the meter: the flat's panel and circuits.

Electrical panel assembly in Batumi: putting your flat's wiring in order

A flat's consumer unit works like a dispatcher: it splits the current between rooms and appliances and cuts off the circuit where something has gone wrong. If the panel was put together in a hurry, the whole flat hangs on three or four unlabelled breakers, and when one trips you have to switch everything off at random. Assembling an electrical panel in Batumi to a proper diagram changes that: each circuit has its own breaker, wet areas are protected by an RCD, and there is a clear diagram on the door.

Signs it is time to replace the panel

The last point is the most common. A panel the developer sized for the bare minimum cannot cope with a flat where two air conditioners, a water heater and an oven are running at the same time. Sometimes it is enough to add RCDs to specific circuits; sometimes you need a new, larger panel. We decide this on site, after an inspection.

    What the assembly includes

    • Choosing breakers, RCDs and RCBOs for the actual load.
    • Splitting the wiring into circuits: lighting, sockets, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioners, water heater.
    • Fitting busbars so there are no "pigtails" of jumper wires.
    • Labelling every breaker and a diagram on the inside of the door.

    A panel with spare capacity

We do not size the panel to the bare minimum. In a couple of years you may add another air conditioner, a tumble dryer or a charger for an electric scooter, and every powerful appliance will need its own breaker. If the enclosure has free module spaces, a new circuit can be added in half an hour, without replacing the whole panel.

    How much a panel costs

    • Panel up to 12 modules: from 250 ₾.
    • Panel of 24 modules or more: from 400 ₾.
    • Replacing one breaker: from 25 ₾.
    • Fitting one RCD or RCBO: from 40 ₾.
    • Diagram and labelling for an existing panel: from 50 ₾.

The enclosure, breakers and RCDs are bought separately. The final estimate comes after the inspection, and assembly only starts with your agreement.

    Assembly stages

    1. Inspection: which circuits exist and which appliances are planned.
    2. Circuit diagram and estimate.
    3. Assembly with the power switched off.
    4. Connecting the circuits and testing, including checking that each RCD trips, both with its test button and under load.
    5. Handover: a diagram on the door and photos of the panel sent to your messenger.

The assembly comes with a 12-month guarantee.

What a panel does not do

An ordinary breaker protects the cable from overload and short circuit; an RCD protects people from electric shock if there is leakage. Neither of them protects against voltage spikes: for that, a voltage relay and a surge protection device are fitted in the panel separately. The meter and the supply into the flat remain the responsibility of the power company; our part starts after the meter.
