We need buyers who get materials to site before the tradesperson arrives, not after.
What you will do
- Purchasing materials to the specification and site manager requests
- Finding suppliers in Batumi and Georgia, comparing prices and lead times
- Arranging delivery and carrying of materials to sites
- Checking quantity and quality when deliveries arrive
- Recording purchases and paperwork for each project
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years in construction or renovation procurement
- Knowledge of the Batumi building materials market is a big plus
- A driving licence and readiness to travel around the city
- Organised and accurate with records
How we review the result
- Deliveries arrive by the stage start date in the schedule
- What arrives matches the specification: codes, colour, quantity
- Prices and documents recorded for every purchase
- Trade downtime caused by materials is tracked and reviewed
