Work for crews in Batumi
We are looking for well-organised crews that take on a whole apartment or trade and pass every stage first time.
What you will do
- Turnkey apartment finishing or individual trades to the design project
- Building services: electrics, plumbing, heating, air conditioning
- Working to the site manager's schedule alongside other crews
- Preparing every stage for inspection: photos, measurements, a clean site
What we expect from you
- A settled team and a lead who is responsible for the result
- Photos of 3 – 5 projects completed by this crew
- Your own tools are required for every tradesperson in the crew
- Working strictly to drawings and schedules, no improvising
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Each trade is accepted against its own checklist and tolerances
- Concealed work closed only after photos with measurements
- The site is left clean and common areas protected
- Stage dates match the schedule
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

How is a crew paid?
Piece-rate, by stages: once a stage is accepted by the inspector, it is paid. Rates are discussed individually.
How does it start?
With a small first project and closer acceptance. If it does not work out, we part ways and the work is paid in full.
Do we need to source materials?
No, the company buys materials and delivers them on time.
