Does Google Home work in Georgia?
Yes, Google Home and Nest speakers work in Georgia. We connect lights, plugs, AC units and curtains to Google Assistant, Siri or Alexa.
Can you move the previous tenants' smart home to my phone?
Yes. We reset the devices or move them to your account, remove other people's access and set up the scenes again.

A visit and system check is 80 ₾, pairing a device 25 ₾, voice control set-up 80 ₾. We give the total after the check, before work starts.
Smart home set-up in Batumi: when you have the devices but no order
Most often we're called in not to install a new system but to sort out an existing one. Lights in one app, sockets in another, sensors in a third. The developer handed over the flat with a smart home system but no instructions or passwords. The previous occupants have moved out, and the account stayed with them. The router was changed, and half the scenes stopped working. We come out on the day you contact us and bring everything into a single app.
Diagnostics
A call-out with diagnostics costs from 80 ₾. We check the devices, hub, Wi-Fi and accounts, after which you get a report on the state of the system and an estimate. We work with Xiaomi Mi Home, Tuya and Smart Life, Aqara and Sonoff.
Transfer to your account
This is a matter not only of convenience but also of security. While the devices are linked to someone else's account, the previous owner can technically switch your lights on or view your camera. We reset or transfer each device to you, remove other people's access and set up the scenes again. Pairing or transferring one device costs from 25 ₾, setting up the hub and app from 80 ₾. We bring devices from different brands together via Apple Home or Google Home so you can control them from a single screen.
Voice control
Connecting a voice assistant costs from 80 ₾. Siri works through HomePod, Google Assistant through Nest speakers, Alexa through Echo. Google Home works fully in Georgia; you can connect lights, sockets, air conditioners and curtains to it.
When everything keeps "dropping out"
If devices keep disappearing from the app and then reappearing, the cause is usually Wi-Fi. The monolithic concrete walls of high-rises kill the signal, and the provider's router often sits in a corner of the hallway. The solution is a separate access point, for example a MikroTik cAP ax with Wi-Fi 6, from 499 ₾. When replacing the router, it's worth keeping the old network name and password: Wi-Fi devices remember exactly those and will then reconnect on their own.
Scenes and maintenance
New scenes and fixing broken ones cost from 150 ₾. Scheduled maintenance, from 60 ₾, includes replacing batteries, updating firmware and checking sensors. This is especially important in flats where the owner comes once a season: a leak sensor with a flat battery stays silent at the very moment it should go off.
How a visit works
- You send us a list of devices or photos and describe what's wrong.
- The technician comes, checks the system and gives you the price.
- We connect, transfer and configure.
- We check every device together with you.
- After the work we answer your questions on messenger.
If a scene breaks again, message us and we'll sort it out.
