How and when do you pay?

By stages. Finish a stage, the inspector checks and accepts it — we pay. No need to wait for the whole project to finish.

How much do you pay?

Pay is piece-rate and discussed individually — it depends on the type and volume of work. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you for your trade.

Do I need my own tools?

Yes, your own tools are required. We buy and deliver the materials.

What if the work is not accepted?

The inspector shows what is wrong using the checklist. You redo it at your own expense, and once accepted the stage is paid.

Can we work as a crew?

Yes. We work with individual tradespeople and with crews — finishing and building-services crews.
