Handyman jobs in Batumi
We need handymen who clear the whole list of small jobs in one visit, neatly, without "I will come back tomorrow".
What you will do
- Hanging curtain rails, shelves, mirrors and lights
- Replacing taps, sockets and switches
- Small repairs: sealant, grout, adjusting doors and windows
- Furniture assembly and small installations
- Snagging after apartment handover
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years across different small repair jobs
- Your own tools are required and always with you: drill driver, SDS drill, level, detector
- Punctuality and polite communication with clients
- Working through a task list with a photo report for each item
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Every item on the list closed with before and after photos
- Anything hung is level and securely fixed
- Electrics and plumbing: tested in front of the client, no drips
- Clean after the visit, waste taken away
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.
