We are looking for tradespeople who handle several finishing trades confidently and keep the same quality in each.
What you will do
- Plastering and skimming walls to beads
- Painting and wallpapering
- Tiling small bathrooms and splashbacks
- Fitting skirting, trims and reveals
- Final snagging of the apartment before handover to the client
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience, photos of 3 – 5 apartments you have done
- Your own tools are required for every trade you take on
- Working strictly to the design project and finishes schedule
- Being honest about what you can do to inspection standard and what you cannot
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Each trade is accepted against its own checklist: walls with a 2 m straightedge, paint under side light
- Tiles: lippage no more than 1 mm, no hollow spots when tapped
- Junctions, corners and skirting with no gaps or sealant smears
- Photo report for each stage before moving on to the next
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

Can I take on only some trades?
Yes. On the call we agree which stages you can deliver to our tolerances, and those are the ones you take.
How is an all-round finisher paid?
Each stage separately, piece-rate: walls accepted — paid, tiles accepted — paid.
What if I work by eye?
Then we are not a good fit. Every stage is checked with tools, and rework is at your own expense.
