What if a tradesperson disagrees with a snag?
Rely on the checklist, measurements and the project. Decisions are based on facts, not on deals.
Does the inspector report to the site manager?
No, supervision is independent of the people doing the work. That is the basis of our quality system.
How is it paid?
Pay is discussed individually.
