    FAQ

    How much does a custom kitchen cost?

    A kitchen with chipboard fronts is from 900 ₾ per running metre, with MDF fronts from 1200 ₾, and a floor-to-ceiling kitchen from 1400 ₾. Prices include materials, hardware and fitting; we fix the total after measuring and design.

    How long does it take?

    Usually 2 – 3 weeks after measuring and design sign-off. We confirm the exact timing when you order.

    When should I order a kitchen during renovation?

    Ideally at the rough-works stage, once walls and water and power points are fixed. Then the kitchen is ready when the renovation ends and the flat doesn't sit waiting.

    Anything specific to Batumi?

    The climate is humid, so around the sink and dishwasher we use moisture-resistant boards and seal every edge. The carcasses don't swell and the kitchen lasts longer.

    Can I order while I'm abroad?

    Yes. We measure on site, agree the design and price over WhatsApp or Telegram and send photos at each stage. Handy if you're getting a flat ready for Airbnb or Booking.

    Custom kitchens in Batumi: price, materials and layout

    In Batumi studios and 1+1 flats, the kitchen usually shares one space with the living room. So it affects not only how convenient it is to cook, but also how the whole room looks in photos and in real life. We design custom kitchens in Batumi for a specific wall, taking into account the water outlets, sockets, extractor duct and the appliances you have already chosen. The price includes materials, hardware and installation, and the final figure is fixed after measuring, before production starts.

    Three price levels per linear metre

    • carcasses and fronts in laminated chipboard — from 900 ₾;
    • MDF fronts in foil or enamel — from 1 200 ₾;
    • upper row right up to the ceiling — from 1 400 ₾.

    On a three-metre kitchen, the difference between the first and third options comes to about 1 500 ₾. For that you get an extra tier of cabinets for seasonal crockery and supplies, and there's no shelf left on top where greasy dust builds up. In flats with ceilings around three metres high, this tier almost doubles the storage space of the wall units.

    Artificial stone worktop

    We make the worktop with a cut-out for the sink from quartz or acrylic, from 450 ₾ per linear metre. Quartz composite is harder and copes better with heat and knife scratches. Acrylic joins without a visible seam, and minor damage can be sanded out. If you cook a lot, quartz is the usual choice; if a seamless surface of complex shape matters, acrylic.

    The sink area and moisture

    The most vulnerable spot in any kitchen is under the sink and next to the dishwasher. Here we use moisture-resistant boards and edge-band every cut edge, including the hidden bottom ones. In Batumi's humid climate, a single unprotected edge by the sink can make a carcass swell within a few months, and replacing it later is harder than doing it right first time.

    Appliances and ergonomics

    We build in the oven, hob, dishwasher and sink, from 50 ₾ per item. We take the niche dimensions from the specification sheet of the specific model, so it's easier to choose your appliances before the design is approved. We place the dishwasher next to the sink so that the drain hose is short. Between the sink and the hob it's best to leave a clear stretch of worktop for chopping. We fit hinges and drawers with soft-close mechanisms: the doors close quietly and don't bang against the carcass.

    When to order your kitchen

    The best moment comes at the rough-works stage, when the walls are already up but the water and electrical outlets can still be shifted a couple of centimetres to suit the units. If the renovation is already finished, we'll still make the kitchen; we'll simply adapt the design to the existing sockets and pipes.

    How ordering works

    1. Free measuring visit: walls, water outlets, sockets, discussion of materials and internal fittings.
    2. A design with the cabinet layout planned around your appliances and habits; the price is fixed.
    3. Production within 2 – 3 weeks after approval.
    4. Delivery, assembly, building in the appliances and adjusting the fronts.
    5. Checking every door and drawer, cleaning up after installation.

    You can order a kitchen from abroad too: we measure on site, agree the design and price on WhatsApp or Telegram, and send you photos at every stage. The guarantee is 12 months. Our electrical, plumbing and finishing specialists can help you connect the hob, fit a water filter or tile the splashback.
