We are looking for tradespeople whose screed hits the level across the whole apartment, not just in the middle of the room.
What you will do
- Semi-dry and sand-cement screed to rails
- Self-levelling compounds under laminate, LVT and parquet
- Screed over water underfloor heating
- Edge strip, reinforcement, movement joints
- Forming falls on balconies and in showers as per project
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience, photos of finished screeds with a straightedge
- Your own tools are required: rotary laser, straightedges, mixer, spiked roller
- Working from the finished floor level set in the project
- Understanding drying and loading times for each product
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Flatness within 2 mm under a 2 m straightedge
- Level across the apartment within ±3 mm of design, thresholds flush
- No cracks, delamination or hollow areas when tapped
- Edge strip all round, screed cover over pipes as per project
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

Can I work with my own screed pump?
Either way works, we discuss it on the call. The company buys the screed mix and materials.
When is a screed accepted?
After the inspector checks it with a straightedge and laser. Moisture before flooring is checked separately.
How is it paid?
Piece-rate, stage by stage once accepted. Rates are discussed individually.
