We need careful, reliable people: strip-out strictly to plan and a clean site for the next trades.
What you will do
- Removing old finishes, tiles and partitions to the demolition plan
- Carrying out and removing construction waste
- Unloading and carrying materials up to the apartment
- Protecting the lift, lobby and common areas before work
- Cleaning the site between stages
What we expect from you
- Physical stamina and responsibility
- Your own basic tools are required: SDS drill, crowbar, sledgehammer, PPE
- Working strictly to plan: what comes out and what must not be touched
- Respect for neighbours: quiet hours observed, clean common areas
How the site inspector accepts the work
- Strip-out matches the plan, load-bearing walls, risers and vent shafts undamaged
- All waste removed and common areas clean, checked by photo
- Lift and lobby protection in place before and after work
- Materials stored where the site manager says, undamaged
Payment by stages
Finish a stage — we check it — we pay right away. No waiting for the whole project. Piece-rate pay; rates are discussed individually.
We pay only for accepted work. Rework is at your own expense. Your own tools are required; we buy the materials.

Do I need experience?
Demolition experience helps, but what matters most is care and working to the plan.
How is demolition paid?
Piece-rate, by stages: strip-out done, waste removed, accepted by the inspector — paid.
Can I move into a trade later?
Yes, if you want to learn from the tradespeople on site and it shows in your work, we can discuss it.
