What to know about Alley Palace
- Black frame means bare concrete and windows: wiring, plumbing, partitions, plaster, screed and all finishing are needed. We start with a survey and an estimate
- With ceilings of about 2.9 – 3 m there is room to hide air-conditioning lines and built-in lights in a plasterboard or stretch ceiling without the room feeling low
- Many units are compact studios, so we plan the layout first: a one-line kitchen, wardrobes right up to the ceiling, sliding doors wherever swing doors do not fit
