Look at what the package includes. Send us the finish description and layout — we compare it with our estimate for the same work and show the difference.
Can you check the developer's renovation at handover?
Yes: our tradesman inspects tiles, plumbing, electrics, doors and windows and lists remarks you can pass to the developer.
What does finishing cost if I buy without a renovation?
For an apartment of about 48 m², white-frame work starts at about 31,200 ₾ without furniture. If the building is handed over as black or green frame, screed and plaster are added.
How do I keep a unit with floor-to-ceiling windows cool?
Roller blinds or reflective shades, solar film and an air conditioner sized for the area and orientation.
