What to know about Status House
- The building has two passenger lifts and no freight lift: bags of plaster and boards go up in batches outside peak hours
- The building is small by Heroes Alley standards, about 180 units, and noise carries more: drilling is done only in daytime
- A black frame with units up to 124 m² means everything is planned around you — from a study to a second bathroom
- Completed in 2021: where the first owners already renovated, five years on it is usually time to redo silicone and grout and service the air conditioners

How much does a black-frame renovation in Status House cost?
The finishing part is 650 ₾ per metre: from about 33,800 ₾ for a 52 m² apartment without furniture. Rough work — partitions, screed, plaster — is priced separately after the survey.
Can I have separate gas heating?
Yes, gas is connected to the building. We install a combi boiler for heating and hot water and agree the flue outlet on the facade with the management.
You are nearby — is it really faster?
Yes, our base is on the same street. A survey usually happens within days, and small call-outs — a shelf, a mixer, a socket — are handled without a long wait.
How should a 120 m² apartment be planned?
Two or three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a walk-in wardrobe and a second bathroom. A design helps get sockets and lighting right — it takes 3 – 4 weeks.
My unit is on the second floor above the shops — will it be cold?
Apartments start on the second floor with retail below. If the floor feels cold, we lay an insulated underlay and electric underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.
