What to know about Royal Residence
- The white frame here goes further than usual: partitions, wiring and water outlets are in. Before tiling we check socket and water positions — moving them now is easier than after finishing
- Water, gas and electricity meters are fitted by the owner: we include them in the estimate and leave room so boxing does not have to be opened later
- Heating is already in the apartment: radiators come off for painting and go back, and an electric towel rail can be added in the bathroom
- There is a gas point, but if you choose an induction hob, gas can stay disconnected and you gain kitchen space
- Completed in 2025, many neighbours are renovating now: we protect the door and corridor outside your unit and bring large loads up on the reception's schedule
