What to know about Alliance Palace

  • The aparthotel is run by an international operator: if your unit is in their programme, any change to finishes or furniture is agreed with the management first — the hotel has its own standard
  • Everything inside the apartment that the operator does not maintain is our job: mixers, sockets, lights, shelves, curtain rails, door adjustment
  • Every unit has a sea-facing balcony: we check floor waterproofing and glazing joints — after winter storms this is where leaks usually start
  • Units with the developer's renovation have an open-plan kitchen: if storage is short, we make furniture to fit the niche
  • A hotel operates in the building, so noisy work is kept to daytime and our tradesman's pass is arranged at reception
  • If you take the unit out of the programme to live in it, we adapt it to you: lighting, textiles, a walk-in wardrobe, a work desk
  • In a 66 m² family unit a plasterboard partition can create a children's room or study without touching the wet areas

My unit is in the Aimbridge programme — can I change anything?

Small repairs, yes. Replacing furniture, wall colours or fittings should first be agreed with the management: the hotel has a single standard. We prepare an estimate and photos for approval.

How much does a handyman cost in Alliance Palace?

An hour of handyman work starts at 60 ₾, a plumber call-out for a leak at 80 ₾, and AC cleaning at 70 ₾ per unit. Larger jobs are priced by estimate.

My balcony leaks — who is responsible?

If water comes through a glazing joint or the facade, it is a common part of the building — contact the management. If the problem is the balcony tiles or threshold, we fix it: lift the tiles, waterproof and relay them.

I want to live in the apartment myself — what should change?

Usually more storage, a proper desk, blackout curtains in the bedroom and warm lighting. We look at the apartment and suggest what gives the most for your budget.

Can a TV be wall-mounted in the apartment?

Yes, but first we check what is inside the wall: AC lines and wiring may run there. Then we fit a bracket and hide the cables in a channel or the wall.

The AC or ventilation is noisy — what can be done?

Usually the filter is clogged or the indoor unit mounting has loosened. We clean the filters, tighten the mounting and check the drain — one visit is usually enough.

How fast can you get to Alliance Palace?
