MC Construction acquired it at auction in 2019 and completed the complex in 2024: a residential tower of about 44 – 48 floors and a separate hotel block. Apartments are sold fully renovated, from studios to penthouses, so our work here is upgrades, maintenance and custom furniture.

What to know about Azure Tower

  • Units are sold fully renovated, so what is usually needed is not a renovation but upgrades: custom furniture, extra lighting, curtains, shelves, a bedroom air conditioner
  • The residential tower has a freight lift: furniture and appliances go up in it, leaving the passenger lifts free
  • The shopping centre and offices sit below the apartments and the building is busy by day: large furniture deliveries are booked for early morning
  • Penthouses on floors 43 – 44 have large areas and tricky layouts: we do a design with zoning and furniture made for non-standard walls
  • With 3 m ceilings, floor-to-ceiling curtains and lighting in the curtain recess look especially good when windows face the park and sea
  • The developer's renovation is new: in the first months we check silicone, mixers and sockets — small defects are easier to fix early
  • For long lets or living in, we add what the developer's finish lacks: closed storage, a desk, blackout curtains in the bedroom

If you are not in Batumi

We collect the key from reception or your manager and send photos and video before and after. Payment after you accept the work.

My Azure Tower apartment is already renovated — what can you do?

Custom furniture, lighting, curtains and rails, shelves and TV mounting, air conditioning, small plumbing and electrical repairs. If you dislike the finish, we repaint walls or replace flooring in individual rooms.

Can you design a penthouse?

Yes: layout, lighting, materials and furniture made for the actual walls. The design takes 3 – 4 weeks, followed by a fixed-price estimate.

How is large furniture delivered to the tower?

By freight lift at an agreed time, ideally early morning while the mall and offices are quiet. We take the packaging away.

Are Babillon Tower and Azure Tower the same building?

Yes, it is one building at 30 Rustaveli Avenue. Babillon is the old name of the unfinished tower, Azure the name of the completed complex.

How fast can you get to Azure Tower?
