What to know about Next Address
- The building is under construction — you can already get an estimate from the layout, choose materials and prepare a design, so there is no 3 – 4 week wait for a design after handover
- With white frame the developer leaves screed, plaster and windows — wiring, plumbing, finishing and furniture are up to you. We complete a studio in that state in about 3 weeks
- Floor-to-ceiling glazing leaves few solid walls for furniture, so we plan storage: wardrobes along the solid wall, a bed with drawers, curtains on a ceiling track
- The developer announces central VRF air conditioning and heating with room thermostats. If that is delivered, split units are not needed — we check the apartment drawings before the estimate

Can I order the Next Address renovation before handover?
Yes, and it saves time: from the layout in your Next Group contract we price the work, choose materials and draw the design. On the day you get the keys, the crew already knows what to do.
What will a studio renovation in Next Address cost?
White-frame work is priced at 650 ₾ per metre, so a 31 m² studio comes to about 20,000 ₾ without furniture. If you want furniture and appliances straight away, budget from 1,560 ₾ per metre. The estimate for your layout gives the final figure.
Do I need to buy air conditioners in Next Address?
