What to know about Blue Sky Tower
- Block A runs as an aparthotel and many units here are investment studios: we price a rental renovation so it pays back — practical finishes without extra spend
- Studios start at about 26 m²: every centimetre is planned — a 1.8 – 2 m kitchen, a shower instead of a bath, a lift-up storage bed
- In a white frame the rough work is done; wiring, tiling, painting, doors and furniture remain — we finish a compact studio in about three weeks
- Our base is on the same street: for a survey, an urgent leak or to collect a key we walk over
- Hotel guests stay in block A: noisy work is done in the daytime and we warn the front desk before every visit
