The towers are handed over in stages: B in 2023, A in 2024, while C is still under construction. Apartments were sold as black or white frame — we do turnkey renovations at a fixed price and finish apartments bought renovated.

What to know about Calligraphy Towers
- Ceilings are 2.8 m: to keep the height, we make stretch or plasterboard ceilings on a single level and use surface or track lighting
- The building advertises a smart-home system: before renovating we check what is already installed and connect lighting, curtains and climate to it instead of adding a second system
- Heating is central: risers and meters stay accessible, and radiators are moved only with the management's permission
- Tower C is still under construction: if your apartment is there, we prepare the estimate and design from the layout so work starts right after handover
- The towers have freight lifts: we bring materials up on the management's schedule, protect the lobby and lift car and remove rubbish ourselves
- Units start at about 28 m²: in studios we use a single-wall kitchen, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and sliding doors
- A hotel is planned below the apartments in tower A, and many buyers here rent out: we build in hard-wearing finishes, a smart lock and rental-ready furniture
- The facade is glass and the sea is about 450 m away: bathrooms get waterproofing under tiles and an extractor fan with a non-return valve, windows get curtains on a ceiling track

What condition are apartments in across the Calligraphy towers?
Towers B and A are handed over; units were sold as black or white frame, and resale units are sometimes renovated and furnished. Tower C is still being built. At the survey we tell you which stage your apartment starts from and send an estimate within 2 days.
How much does a studio renovation in Calligraphy Towers cost?
For a studio of about 30 m², white-frame work starts at 19,500 ₾ without furniture, at 650 ₾ per metre. Black frame adds rough work, and a turnkey option with furniture and appliances is priced from 1,560 ₾ per metre.
My apartment is in tower C — when should I start preparing?
Now: from the layout in your Grand Maison contract we price the work and draw the design, and book the crew for the week the tower is handed over.
How long will the renovation take?
A one-bedroom from white frame takes about 3 weeks, a two-bedroom about five; for black frame add 2 – 3 weeks for partitions, plaster and screed. The kitchen and wardrobes are made alongside the finishing.
How fast can you get to Calligraphy Towers?
