What to know about Alliance Privilege
- Before buying furniture, ask the management company for the apartment standards above the hotel — colours, fittings, textiles — and we fit the estimate to them
- In a 54-storey tower lift time for building work is scheduled by the administration: we bring materials up strictly on schedule and protect the car
- In sea-view studios the window is the main feature: we keep it clear of furniture and place the bed and desk along the walls
- Rustaveli and the Old Boulevard are central and noisy on summer evenings: a full-width padded headboard and heavy curtains help in the sleeping area
- The building has gas, but for rental apartments we usually fit induction hobs — safer for guests
- Wind is strong on the upper floors: balcony furniture should be heavy or fixed, and window sashes are checked for secure locking
- The building is new: anything the developer left unfinished — reveals, thresholds, ventilation — we note at the inspection so you can raise it

That is up to the hotel's management company — check the terms with them. If there is a programme, we prepare the unit to its standard: finishes, furniture, textiles.
How much does finishing a studio in Alliance Privilege cost?
White frame is 650 ₾ per metre: a 32 m² studio from 20,800 ₾ without furniture, turnkey with furniture and appliances from about 49,900 ₾.
How should a sea-view studio be laid out?
Bed or sofa facing the window, desk to the side, wardrobes along the solid wall by the door. A light floor and free space by the window make the studio feel bigger.
How are materials brought up a 54-storey tower?
On the administration's schedule: we book the lift for a set time, protect the car and remove rubbish the same day. This goes into the work plan from the start.
Will a dishwasher and washing machine fit in a studio?
Yes: a 45 cm dishwasher fits into the kitchen and the washer goes under the worktop or into the bathroom. Water and drain points are planned before finishing starts.
Can the sleeping area in a studio be separated?
In a 30 – 40 m² studio the bed is screened off with a black-framed glass partition or an open shelving unit: daylight still reaches the room and the bed is hidden from the door.
How fast can you get to Alliance Privilege?
