- 3.3 m ceilings allow a two-level ceiling with hidden lighting, tall doors and overhead storage — and the room still feels high
- White frame here comes with utilities connected: the estimate starts with wiring and plumbing inside the apartment — sockets, lighting, water to the kitchen and bathroom
- Floor-to-ceiling windows leave little room for radiators, so heating is planned early: electric underfloor heating, convectors or air conditioners with a heat mode
