What to know about Bianca Batumi (White Sails)
- Units have a smart-home system with leak, smoke and motion sensors: during a renovation we do not cut their wiring, and afterwards we check the sensors show up in the app again
- Heating and cooling are central: indoor units and ceiling grilles are not moved without the management's approval
- When a leak sensor goes off, the usual culprits are a flexible hose, the sink trap or the AC drain — an hour's repair, not a week's
- With 3 m ceilings you can add a storage loft over the entrance and take wardrobes up to the ceiling — the simplest way to add storage in studios from 28 m²
- The grounds have pools and a spa and guests are many: walls get washable paint, upholstery is hard-wearing and corners are protected
