The old bathroom was leaking into the neighbours. We stripped everything to the concrete, replaced the pipes, waterproofed the floor and the walls in the wet zone, installed a concealed cistern and a floor drain. The pressure test and waterproofing were photographed before tiling — the owner kept those photos.
