The owner lives abroad and wanted a summer home for the family. We started with a design project: moved the kitchen closer to the sea-view window and added a walk-in closet in the hallway. Everything was agreed over messenger, with a photo and video report every week. Hidden works (wiring, pipes, waterproofing) were photographed before the walls were closed.
